STEP TRACKING

Track your walks, jogs, or rides with integrated Google Maps. You can also keep track of your daily, weekly, and monthly distances covered.

NUTRITION

Receive a personal meal plan based on your preferences and weight goals. Choose from 10 different diet categories such as High Protein, Balanced, Keto/LCHF, Vegan, Pescatarian, and Anti-Inflammatory. Switch your meals or exclude ingredients you don't prefer.

INSTANT WORKOUT

Create a unique workout based on your equipment, time available, and focus area - whether it's muscles or cardio/HIT. Let the app build a workout for you from over 400 exercises.

CUSTOM WORKOUT

Create a custom workout using movements from the exercise library and save it for future use or schedule it in your calendar.

All subscription plans come with a free trial period:

  • Monthly (1) and Quarterly (3) plans have a 3-day free trial.
  • Yearly (12) plans have a 7-day free trial.

In the free trial, you will have access to all features. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring. You can disable the automatic renewal function at any time by adjusting your account settings. If you made an in-app purchase, you need to log in to your dashboard and cancel your subscription.

Important information regarding the subscription:

  1. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  2. Subscriptions may be managed by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
  3. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

After purchase, you can manage your subscription from your Settings Screen. Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to iTunes & App Store
  3. Select Your Apple ID
  4. Select View Apple ID
  5. Select Subscriptions
  6. Cancel your subscription here

Please note that the subscription automatically renews unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring. It is not possible to cancel an existing in-app subscription. You can disable the automatic renewal function at any time by adjusting your account settings.
